How did a boy growing up in Texas in the 1950's become a New York Yankees fan?  This was an entry to a contest sponsored by the New York Yankees in the Spring of 2019. Contest winners got to go on the field to watch the New York Yankees take batting practice during spring training at Steinbrenner Field in Tampa, Florida.

 

Behind the Scenes at Channel 8 News

This feature was shot in the late 1970's in the newsroom at WFAA-TV  in Dallas and aired on PM Magazine.  Notice that there are no computers - just electric typewriters!  Video editing is linear-- 3/4" videocassettes.  Appearing in this video are news director Marty Haag, assignments editor Bert Shipp, producer John Sparks, reporter Chris Thomas, photographer David Cejka, news anchors Tracy Rowlett and Iola Johnson, and newscast director Bob Ellis.

Eastern Hills High School Class of 1965  50th Reunion Trailer

In 2015 members of Fort Worth Eastern Hills High School Class of 1965 celebrated the 50th anniversary of their graduation.  In preparation for the big event, a pep rally was held in the school auditorium, and this movie trailer was produced to promote the event.
